Gabriel Mora serves as Principal Partner of Shaan Saar Security Group and is a Board-Certified Threat Management Specialist and Workplace Violence Prevention professional. He also holds board certification in Human Trafficking Investigation and is a Criminal Justice Master’s candidate at the University of Central Florida.​

​With over 18 years of experience in protective operations and defensive tactics instruction, Mora has worked in environments requiring disciplined judgment, escalation control, and highly scrutinized response under pressure. His background includes advanced training in close-quarters (CQB) protective operations, arrest and control methodologies, and high-risk situational management, supported by state D and G security licensing and a Department of Defense clearance.

Mora’s leadership emphasizes strong communication standards, clearly defined escalation protocols, and governance-aligned documentation practices.
